Do you sell direct to consumers, or only wholesale?
JISONUE focuses on wholesale trade with retailers, boutiques, interior designers and buying groups. We can also arrange single-carton and sample orders for qualified buyers. For product questions, email JISONUELTD@outlook.com and we will point you the right way.
Can I get samples before placing an order?
Yes. Samples are available for most SKUs at cost plus freight, with the sample fee credited toward your first qualifying order. Request samples through the trade desk with your store or company details.
What documentation do you provide for import and compliance?
With every order we provide commercial invoices, packing lists, country-of-origin certificates and HTS classifications. FDA food-contact notes, Prop 65 assessments, test reports and CPSIA documentation are maintained per SKU and available on request.
