Wholesale shipping

JISONUE LTD ships wholesale orders from our warehouse at 1955 Burgundy Pl, Dock 1–2, Ontario, CA 91761. Standard lead time is 2–4 weeks from confirmed order. Freight is free on orders over $1,500 (contiguous U.S.); smaller orders ship at quoted rates. FOB and DDP terms are available and agreed at time of order.

International & customs

For international orders, JISONUE provides commercial invoices, packing lists, country-of-origin certificates and HTS classifications to support customs clearance. The buyer is responsible for duties, taxes and any import requirements of the destination country unless DDP terms are agreed in writing.

Inspection on receipt

Please inspect shipments on receipt. Claims for damage or shortage must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, with photos and carton counts, to JISONUELTD@outlook.com. We will review, replace or credit in line with the carrier claim and our inspection records.

Samples & returns

Sample orders may be returned within 14 days in original condition for a refund of the sample fee, less freight. Wholesale stock is produced to order; returns of standard stock are accepted within 14 days of delivery subject to restocking fees and prior written authorization. Custom or marked items are not returnable.
