The Site and its contents — including text, imagery, product photography and design — are the property of JISONUE LTD and are provided for lawful business purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, resell or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written consent.

Products, pricing & orders

Product descriptions, imagery and pricing are provided in good faith and may be updated without notice. Wholesale pricing is available to qualified trade accounts. All orders are subject to acceptance and to our Shipping & Returns terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of error, fraud or non-payment.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JISONUE LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable order or $500, whichever is less.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California.
